Joseph Gutnick
Chairman
Mr Gutnick is a leading mining industry entrepreneur. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of a number of listed public companies in the mining and exploration sector in both Australia and North America. Mr Gutnick was responsible for overseeing the discovery, development and operation of the world class Plutonic, Bronzewing and Jundee gold mines in Australia. Mr Gutnick is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Member of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia, and was a Director of the World Gold Council. Mr Gutnick was awarded the prestigious Diggers award at the 1997 Diggers and Dealers Industry Awards.

Thomas Reddicliffe

Formerly Australian Exploration Manager of Ashton Mining Ltd and was with Ashton for 20 years. Tom discovered the Merlin Diamond Mine in 1993. He has some 28 years diamond industry experience primarily focused in Northern Australia. His initial experience was with the AEJV working at both the Ellendale and Argyle discoveries.

Ian Richer
Non Executive Director
Mr Richer has over thirty years of project development and project financing experience in the resources industry. Mr Richer has been involved in the design and construction of numerous projects in Indonesia, USA, South America, Africa as well as Australia working with Fluor, Dravo and Minproc engineers prior to that in mine development and operations with Consolidated Goldfields and INCO.

As Director of Project Finance with Societe Generale and Chase banks over a ten year period, Mr Richer arranged and funded numerous mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects in Australia, and Asia. Societe Generale was the lead bank in the financial structuring and funding of the CRA interest in the Argyle Diamond mine. Mr Richer brings to the Board this considerable experience in project development and resource funding. Mr Richer is currently a director of listed entity Hazelwood Resources Ltd.

Ian Hastings
Non Executive Chairman

Mr Ian Hastings is a qualified lawyer and accountant and is Managing Director of Ascot Securities Pty. Ltd. He has been involved in numerous capital raisings, initial public offerings and corporate reconstructions and has previously held senior positions in stock broking and at ASX and ASIC. Mr Hastings is also a director of Accent Resources NL and North Australian Diamonds Ltd.
